Cottage Anu offers an idyllic romantic getaway to relax, recharge and rejuvinate.

ANU is pronounced (Awnoo), she is the Irish-Celtic goddess of comfort, nurturing, prosperity and fertility. This mythical deity is mother to all and her concern is your better health, wellbeing and nourishment.

Built c1870s, Cottage Anu has been lovingly restored. We have endeavoured to stay in keeping with your comfort in mind, including quality antique furnishings and 21st century amenities.

We invite you to experience this delightful home away from home, fully self contained 2 bedroom cottage.

We have created a haven for you to indulge in a private and relaxing ambience with the added extras of being totally nurtured. For your listening and viewing pleasure; Meditation and Yoga CDs and DVDs. An extensive library including an array of motivational and self help books.

A treatment room in the garden is available for your added wellbeing experience (extra charge, by appointment only) with Christine, your personal practitioner , offering Hot Stone Therapy, Aromatherapy, Alternative Healing and Massage by appointment. (Christine comes highly recommended.)

Cottage Anu is chemical free and we use all organic products, composting and recycling.

Anu is fully self contained and provides:

• 1 bedroom, queen antique iron bed;
• 1 bedroom, double antique French timber bed;
• Quality period furnishings;
• Fully equipped kitchen with juicer and water purifier, organic tea & coffee provided;
• Parlour with CD player, open gas fire & complimentary port;
• Sunroom with large flat screen TV & DVD, formal dining and living area;
• Electric heating, ceiling fans and a beautiful sea breeze;
• Bathroom includes a beautiful old world claw foot bath with shower over, foot spa & hair dryer;
• Fully enclosed back cottage garden with fruit trees and herbs;
• Modern stainless steel gas BBQ;
• Laundry with washer & dryer;
• Offstreet parking;
• Ideally located within a short stroll to shops, restaurants, Fisherman's Wharf and the beach;
• Massage by appointment.

Tariffs: Minimum 2 night stay. Deposit of $200 required to secure booking.
Payments accepted: cheque, cash, or bank transfer. Credit card and bank transfer payment also available through Paypal.
